Introducing the ODI's Open Data Maturity Model

Josh D'Addario is the Head of Consultancy at the ODI. He oversees the ODI’s advisory work for data initiatives and institutions and leads a highly skilled team of consultants. His role involves providing consulting and advisory services to public and private sector organisations in line with the ODI’s values and mission, and delivering programmes where the ODI takes a leading role.

Previously, Josh had been in data and technology consulting at the ODI, as well as at leading research and consulting firm Gartner. His career has focused on increasing access to data held in the private sector, including finance and energy, and improving city data ecosystems to enhance public services and tackle societal challenges such as the climate crisis.
